Eligibility Requirements- For children 17 and younger who reside in your home only (18 if still in high school).

 

MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE SYLVANIA SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Please note: Any and all information is subject to verification. If your application is verified and approved, you will receive an email with your Spring Basket pickup date and time. Supply is limited, and baskets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You must present a valid ID at the time of pickup.
